Over the next six weeks, there will be temporary staffing changes in the Children and Young People’s Occupational Therapy Team, resulting in a reduced level of service. These changes are due to a combination of factors, including staff absences and the festive season.
To ensure we can continue to provide essential support, the team’s working days will temporarily shift from a Monday-to-Friday service to a Tuesday-to-Thursday 8.30am -4.30pm service starting from the week commencing Monday 16 December.
We want to reassure you that the team will carefully assess and prioritise all requests on a case-by-case basis to address urgent needs promptly. However, you may experience some delays during this period. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
To minimise the impact, we are working closely with Occupational Therapy colleagues from nearby teams as well as other Children and Young People’s teams.
