NHS Shetland’s Annual Review will be taking place on Monday 27 November from 6pm-7.30pm via Microsoft Teams and all are welcome to attend.
Annual Review meetings provide an opportunity for members of the public to hear and ask questions about NHS Shetland’s performance in 2022/2023 and what the Board has in store for the following year. It is an opportunity to hear how our services are being delivered and the way in which public funding is being utilised.
The meeting will be led by NHS Shetland’s Chair Gary Robinson. He said: “We are looking forward to holding our Annual Review meeting later this month and as part of this, I am personally inviting the community, our staff and, our partners to attend so we can discuss the progress we have made and some of the challenges we still face as a board. There has been so much success in the last year and lots to look forward to in 2023/2024.
“Together with the Board’s support, we hope the evening and the additional engagement session will be a great opportunity for us to listen and come together as a community.”
During the meeting, Chair Gary Robinson will be leading a presentation, followed by a question and answer session.
Please note that, whilst members of the public are actively encouraged to ask questions during the Q&A session, it will not be possible to answer patient-specific questions, but we will respond in writing following the session.
This year, our Annual Review meeting will be held online, however, all are welcome to attend. Please let us know if you require additional support.
If you would like to submit a question ahead of the meeting, please email shet.corporateservices@nhs.scot or telephone 01595 743060.
