The NHS Shetland Grantfield Vaccination Centre is located at the following address: Grantfield, North Road, Lerwick, Shetland ZE1 0NT.

There is ample parking space, including disabled parking directly outside the building. There is a bus stop outside Bolts Minimarket, just a few minutes walk away. Please note that the nearest public toilets are in the Toll Clock Shopping Centre. The entrance is clearly signposted, via the side door and not the SIC reception entrance.

The operating times of the Grantfield Vaccination Centre in Lerwick are listed as follows:

  • Monday 20 April - 9.10am - 1pm and 1.30pm and 4.50pm
  • Tuesday 21 April - Closed
  • Wednesday 22 April - 9.10am - 1pm and 1.30pm and 4.50pm
  • Thursday 23 April - 9.10am - 1pm and 1.30pm and 4.50pm
  • Friday 24 April - 9.10am - 1pm and 1.30pm and 4.50pm
  • Saturday 25 April - Closed
  • Sunday 26 April - Closed
  • Monday 27 April - 9.10am - 1pm and 1.30pm and 4.50pm
  • Tuesday 28 April - 9.10am - 1pm and 1.30pm and 4.50pm
  • Wednesday 29 April - 9.10am - 1pm and 1.30pm and 4.50pm
  • Thursday 30 April - 9.10am - 1pm and 1.30pm and 4.50pm

Please note, these times and dates only apply to the Vaccination Team. More information regarding the new walk-in clinic will be issued soon.

This includes the opportunity to attend for a drop-in appointment for a vaccine that you may need (such as RSV, COVID-19, MMR, Shingles and Pneumococcal, with the last available appointment at 4.40pm.

Furthermore, if you are unsure if you, or your child, have had two doses of the MMR (or MMRV vaccine), you can contact your GP practice to check. Your GP practice may be able to give you the vaccines if you need them, or you can contact the Vaccination Team on 01595 743319 or email shet.vaccination-team@nhs.scot
