Stalking - FOI Response Register

1. Does your organisation or health board currently have an anti-stalking policy for staff, including colleagues stalking colleagues or clients/patients stalking staff?

Not a specific policy on Stalking, however we do have the Once For Scotland Bullying & Harassment and Grievance Policy (should staff wish to raise a grievance and or B&H)

2. Does your organisation have a protocol for dealing with clients/patients disclosing stalking victimisation or perpetration?

If this was against an employee, it would be under the raising complaints procedure https://www.nhsshetland.scot/rights/patient-feedback-complaints and dealt with appropriately under Workforce Policies Investigation process
